    Being a lifelong resident, Anita Petersen is knowledgeable about SoCal’s beachside communities. Anita enjoys getting actively involved in the Channel Islands Harbor community; she is an avid boater and hosts, with her husband, many local events throughout the year including wine tastings, group dinners and theme parties, boat trainings, Women on the Water Seminars and progressive dinners by boat. Anita takes care of her home sellers and buyers in the same professional, fun manner as she has throughout all of her career as a yacht broker. A SoCal native, Anita invests back into her community through volunteer and support efforts for many non-profits, including the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Ventura County, Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clarita, Boy Scouts of America, International Seakeepers, Channel Islands Gulls, Channel Islands Maritime Museum, the Special Olympics of Ventura County, and several other local charities where she and her husband donate their boat for fundraising events all with the intention of strengthening their community. In addition to real estate sales, Anita is the President of Valkyrie Yachts, which specializes in new and pre-owned boat sales, trainings and boat ownership incidentals.     Jessica has dedicated the past seven years of her professional career to real estate management. As the Contracts Manager with The Stephen Christie Group, she brings three years of experience as a licensed Realtor and property manager and four years in contracts management, having managed more than 400 properties. Known for her upbeat personality and her highly organized method when managing transactions, Jessica is the team’s point of contact with clients once escrow opens. She works closely with home buyers and sellers during the possible stresses throughout the transaction, helping them feel comfortable and excited about their journey as new home owners or sellers. Clients with The Stephen Christie Group are expertly navigated through the sales process, proactively updated and informed the whole way through to closing. Prior to launching her real estate career, Jessica pursued her passion as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).
